Il faut souligner que nous étions seuls, Aurore et moi, à manger les "harengs pourris" ou fermenté, même si mes beaux-parents ont mangé cette délicatesse une fois, il y a environ dix ans. Ils n'ont pas voulu les "tester" une deuxième fois !? :)
We have to underline that we were alone, Aurore and me, eating these "rotten" or fermented herrings, even if my parents-in-law, have eaten this delicacy once, about ten years ago. They didn't want to "test" them a second time!? :)
