J'ai un ami suédois qui, au début, a prononcé le nom de la commune sans la cédille : Montlucon et moi, j'ai expliqué (en suédois) que je ne pense pas que les gens à Montluçon sont plus con que les autres !
Il n'a pas compris, avant mon explication.
Aujourd'hui il prononce, Montluçon avec une cédille.
English:
I have a Swedish friend who, at first, pronounced the name of this town without the small cedilla on the c: Montlucon and con in French that is dumb or stupid.
I told him (in Swedish) that I don't think the people of Montluçon are more stupid than others!
He didn't understand, before I explained it to him.
Today he pronounces Montluçon with a cedilla.
