Svenska (English below):Söndagens gudstjänst tar vi del av genom mässan i Adolf Fredriks kyrka, Reformationssöndagen (eller eg. Sexagesima).
Prästen talar lite kring tro och vetande med en referens till inventarierna, nämligen predikstolen på en sida och ett minnesmonument av Cartesius eller René Descartes å andra.Visar Aurore en bok som finns i kyrkan som visar bilder på många av Ny Gemenskaps besökare vilka jag träffat flerfaldiga gånger. Den självklara mittpunkten Elias inte minst.
Galleri Kontrast på Hornsgatan 8 är vår nästa anhalt efter kaffet.
Där visas en utställning som heter 'Lägg märke till det osynliga' med foton av Christer Strömholm.
Av dessa bilder hade en del visats på Moderna museets utställning för ett par år sedan med bilder av Strömholm, Diane Arbus och Lisette Model.
Det som visas både på galleriet och tidigare på Moderna museet är Parisbilderna från kvarteren med transsexuella som kom att bli Strömholms nära vänner.
S:t Paulsgatan 14 blir nästa adress och Seriegalleriets utställning med verk av satirikern Leif Zetterling: 'Nils Holgersson och satirer' som denna exposé kallas, där man förevisar ett antal verk av denne konstnär som genom sina teckningar kommenterat mycket av det politiska livet i Sverige och utomlands.
Högalidskyrkan (Högalids församling, Svenska Kyrkans hemsida) ger en s.k. 'salongskonsert' vid 16-tiden.Vi besöker denna för att lyssna på musik framförd av Kammarkören, solist och pianist. Man kallar programmet 'Nonsens, Serenader och Visor'.
Härefter Zita och kortfilmen 'Svälj' ingående i den nu nedläggningshotade kortfilms-serien 'Kort och gratis' som funnits under många år på Zita och visat ett stort antal kortfilmer av etablerade eller framtida filmskapare .
'Svälj' visar på sprickor i välfärds-Sverige och det raserade (tack och lov) Folkhemmet.
Inget nytt under solen tematiskt men ganska intressant, inte minst personporträtten.
Kanske skulle vunnit på att vara mer sammanhållen och ej så splittrad, som jag upplevde den vara.

Sture och filmen 'Pans labyrint' (recension Svenska Dagbladet) får avsluta dagen.
Guillermo Del Toro har regisserat denna saga om en ung flicka i det diktatoriska trettio- och fyrtiotalets Spanien med Franco vid makten.
Hon flyr in i en relation eller kanske verkligen upplever ett möte med en faun som gör gällande att hon är en eller varit en prinsessa i ett annat liv och som nu måste återta sin makt genom att utföra ett antal prov.
Klarar hon dessa skall hon återförenas med sina riktiga föräldrar och återinsättas som prinsessa över det rike hon tidigare varit med att regera.
Denna film har fått mycket goda recensioner men jag är inte imponerad.
Inte minst den unga flickan upplever jag synnerligen stel och inte alls så levande som ett barn oftast är inför den av mystik kringvävda värld hon upplever.
Hennes spel är renons på känslouttryck och hon är ungefär lika levande som Patricia Arquette i serien 'Medium'.
Ingenting tycks förvåna eller riktigt uppröra denna unga flicka.
Hennes 'riktiga' värld - om den nu är den riktiga - består av ett liv med en mor som gift om sig med en fascistisk kapten vilken bekämpar 'rövare' och 'banditer' i skogarna, motståndare till ockupationsmakten.
Kopplingarna till Irak är självfallet övertydliga men det finns andra referenser också.
Inte alls någon oäven film men jag kan inte säga att den imponerade.
Den fiktiva historien om flickans kamp för att övervinna alla prövningar, känns nästan irrelevant eftersom regissören inte lyckas fånga mitt intresse för hennes situation eller historia.

We start this Sunday - as almost all Sundays - with a church service, this day in Adolf Fredriks church situated almost in the center of Stockholm .
Named after a king in the 18th Century and with the former prime minister Olof Palme's (murdered in 1986) tomb on the cemetery.
'Sunday of Reformation' ('Reformation Sunday') this day is called in Swedish but the more correct name is the latin 'Sexagesima'.
I show Aurore a book depicting people in an organisation called 'New Fellowship'.
This organisation was first founded in the late sixties, inviting lonely people without families to celebrate Christmas and other major holidays together with others.
They arranged all kinds of activities and most of the work were carried out by volunteers.
For many years now most of the people coming to this 'fellowship' are homeless people with a drug- and alcohol addiction. This was not the case in the beginning. I have myself during my time as an assistant priest in S.t Clara church in Stockholm, worked as a volunteer within this organisation.
After this we continue to a gallery called 'Kontrast' where there is an exhibition with photos by the famous Swedish photographer Christer Strömholm.
Some of these photos I've already seen two years ago at an exhibition at The Museum of Modern Art when some of his photos were exhibited together with photos by Diane Arbus and Lisette Model.
Gallery of Comics (my translation of 'Seriegalleriet') is our next stop.
They exhibit some comic strips and drawings by the well known Swedish comic strip-artist Leif Zetterling displaying his satirical comments on current political affairs both in and out of Sweden. Other well known artists of comic magazines are also displayed.
From here we went on to Högalids church (information on Wikipedia concerning the district/borough where this church is situated) for a 'salon'-concert with the chamber choir, a soloist and a pianist. They called it 'Nonsens, Serenades and Songs'.
Cinema Zita and the short film 'Svälj'/'Swallow' (my translation) describing Sweden far from the secure, social welfare state Swedes and others often depict it as. Nothing new but some of the personal portraits of individuals were interesting and touching.

This film was presented within the framework of a a serie called 'Short and free' ('Kort och gratis' in Swedish) at cinema Zita. Unfortunately this serie where people have been able to look at short films for free is now closing down because of lack of money.
The day ends with 'Pan's labyrinth' ('El Laberinte del Fauno') by Guillermo Del Toro, the story about a young girl living alone with her mother since her father died.
Her mother is now going to be remarried to a fascist Captain in the army of generalissimo Franco during the Second world War.
The young girl escapes in her imagination to a world inhabitated by fauns and other fantastic creatures.
The faun tells her that she actually is a princess and if she dosn't fail the tests he is going to subject her to, she will be able to regain her status as a princess and live forever. Is she imagining or not?
In 'the other' world/real(?) world, her stepfather hunts and kills people from the resisting movement and parallells to Irak is of course obvious.
Her mother dies when giving birth to a son.
This film was given very good reviews both in Sweden and elsewhere but I can't say I am impressed.
It's hard to relate to the young girl as she is acting without any emotional expression in her face, it's almost as watching Patricia Arquette (when acting in the series 'Medium').
The connection with the war in Iraq is obvious or even overexplicit.
On the whole, not at all a bad film, but not at all the magnificent œuvre the reviews indicated.
