Dagen börjar med ett besök på dfm fiktion, produktionsbolag där Olivier Guerpillon - huvudansvarig för franska filmfestivalen - arbetar och där även Joseph Redéen huserar som varande ansvarig för volontärerna vid Franska filmfestivalen.
Aurore är där för att tillse att filmerna finns på plats och efter en del om och men hittade hon de filmer hon letade efter.
Under tiden sitter Joseph och jag och talar kring franska filmfestivalen, film överhuvud, hans utbildning, samt musik.
I samband med sistnämnda kom vi fram till att vi båda var stora Queen-fan.
Han är dock för ung för att ha hört dem live då Freddie Mercury levde men det har däremot jag vid två tillfällen 1977 och 1978 om jag inte missminner mig på årtalen.
Efter detta till bio Sture där Aurore ordnar med transporter och annat kring filmerna som dels skall skickas till Malmö och Göteborg där festivalen också pågår, för första gången.
Filmhuset blir nästa anhalt och därefter träffar jag en god vän vid Stureplan varefter vi beger oss till ett café för att utgjuta oss för varandra.
Träffar efter 'utgjutandet' Aurore vid bio Sture för kvällens kanadensiska afton:

På svenska har den fått titeln Att förföra dr. Lewis.
Till denna kväll har Kanadas ambassadör Lorenz Friedlaender kommit samt andra representanter för Kanadas beskickning i Stockholm.
Jag lät skriva ut information om filmen, skådespelare, Kanada, dess Sverigeambassadör och t.o.m. texten till Kanadas nationalsång om någon ville sjunga den men denna information kom inte till användning.
Inte blev det sång heller tyvärr.
Kvällens film är en komedi om människorna i en liten fiskeby på en ö där livet har stannat upp p.g.a. arbetslöshet men där man hyser hopp om att få en industri till ön om de lyckas uppfylla vissa kriterier.
Ett av dessa kriterier är att man behöver en läkare som skall se till att människorna håller sig friska och sunda, något de absolut inte är.
I syfte att uppnå målet försöker man föra doktorn bakom ljuset och det lyckas nästintill....eller?
Riktigt underhållande även om det inte tillhörde de filmiska mästerverken.

The day starts of with a visit at dfm fiktion, the production company where Olivier Guerpillon - head of the French Film Festival - works.
Here we also meet Joseph Redéen who is responsible for the volunteers.
Aurore is going to arrange with the films and see to that they are all there for the screenings tonight. After some time she finally found what she was looking for.
Meanwhile Joseph and I - during his lunch - starts to talk about the French Film Festival, film on the whole, his education and music.
When talking about the latter we found that we both are great fans of Queen (not the Queen).
He is however to young to have been able to see them live, when Freddie Mercury lived, something I did in 1977 and 1978 if I remember right.
After dfm fiktion Aurore and I continue to cinema Sture where she have to see to that the films are sent in good time to Malmö and Gothenburg where the French Film Festival take place for the first time, besides in Stockholm.
We continue to The Swedish Film Institute and after that I meet a good friend for a cup of coffee and something sweet.
Aurore and I meet at cinema Sture again for the Canadian evening:

The film tonight is La grande séduction or The great seduction by Jean-Francois Pouliot.
In connection to this evening the Canadian ambassador Lorenz Friedlaender and other representatives for the Canadian embassy has arrived.
I had information printed out around the film, the actors, Canada and it's ambassador in Sweden and even the national anthem if someone would like to sing it - me for example.
This information was not needed and we didn't sing either.
The film is a comedy circling around the people living in a small fishing village on a island where life almost have ceased to exist. This because of unemployment and a lot of drinking.
Now there is a hope growing among the villagers concerning a industry that could be built if some criterias are fulfilled.
One of these criterias is that the island needs a doctor who is able to help people and see to that their health is maintained so that they can conduct their work at an optimal level. They have to be healthy in order to get the industry to the island and healthy is the least they are.
In order to succeed in their efforts, they try to fool the doctor in several ways but will they succeed?
