Le Son Continu, le plus grand festival de musique folklorique en Europe(?). The biggest folk music festival in Europe(?). Château d'Ars

Le festival Le Son Continu est - comme indique la rubrique - regardé comme le plus grand festival de musique folklorique en Europe et un parmi les plus grands au monde. 

Depuis 2009, le festival se déroule à Château d'Ars, trois km de La Châtre. 

Nous étions là cette année (comme souvent) et il y avait au moins sept musiciens/musiciennes suédois/suédoises présents pour cette édition.

The festival Le Son Continu is -as indicated in the headline of the blog - regarded as the biggest folk music festival in Europe and one of the biggest in the world.

Since 2009, the festival is held at the castle Château d'Ars, three km from the town La Châtre.

We were there this year (as often) and there were at least seven Swedish musicians present at this edition.

Nous avons décidé de tenter notre chance en essayant d'obtenir un permis de chasser. Pourquoi vous dites ?

Les personnes qui nous connaissent, savent que nous mangeons des plats végétariens et végétaliens, au moins six jours par semaine. Certains parmi vous savent que moi, Gunnar, était lacto-ovo végétarien pendant neuf ans, entre 2000 et 2009.

Oui, c'est vrai mais nous avons un rêve et c'est de trouver une petite maison en bois dans une forêt pas loin d'un grand lac (ou la mer pour ma part). Nous avons donc dit que si nous souhaiterions manger la viande de temps en temps, dans ce cas, c'est mieux de manger le gibier que les animaux "industriellement créés", des animaux qui n'ont jamais vu le soleil ou vécu une vie normale et naturelle.

Bien sûr, vous pouvez toujours trouver des contre-arguments mais si on ne peut pas tuer les animaux qu'on veut manger ("non, je pense que c'est dégoûtant/répugnant"), dans ce cas, il faut arrêter de manger les plats animaliers, sinon c'est hypocrisie.

En plus, pour l'instant le permis national est offert gratuitement (l'entrainement aussi bien sûr) par La Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs.

Il y a trois différents parcours mais ici nous avons seulement des photos de l'atelier "sangliers".

Here below it's me, Gunnar with  the wild boars (not the real ones).

We have decided to try to obtain a hunting license. 
Why, you say? 
The persons who know us, also know that we, mostly, eat vegetarian or vegan plates or dinners, at least six days per week. Some of you might know that I, Gunnar, was a lacto-ovo vetarian during nine years, between 2000 to 2009.

Yes, that's true but we have a dream and that is to find a small wooden house in a forest with a big lake not far from (or the sea, for my part). 
We therefore said to ourselves that if we would  like to eat meat from time to time, we prefer eating game or quarry than animals "industrially created", animals never having seen the sun or lived a normal and natural life.

Of course, you can always find counter arguments but if one can't kill the animals one eat ("no, I think it's disgusting/appauling"), in that case it's better to stop eating animal based food, otherwise it's only hypocrisy.

There are three different "courses" but here we only have photos from the wild boar stand.
