Jours de Fête du Court Métrage d’humour à La Châtre et Sainte Sévère

Pendant trois jours, le 2, 3 et 4 août nous célébrons l'humour à La Châtre et Sainte-Sévère.

Au milieu de l’événement nous avons bien sûr Jacques Tati mais chaque année il y a un thème ou un comédien en particulier autour de qui on parle et cette année c'est le comédien américain Buster Keaton et surtout ses courts-métrages mais aussi des long-métrages.

Comme d'habitude c'est l'association 'Tati en fête' qui est la responsable pour ces jours et comme souvent avec Nicolas Ribowski (réalisateur et scénariste qui a travaillé avec Tati) comme invité mais cette année aussi le journaliste, scénariste et régisseur Alain Riou (France Inter).
Il a parlé et raconté des histoires concernant les films de Buster Keaton et les liens avec Jacques Tati.

Nous étions là les deux, Aurore et moi.

Les films ce soir:
'Voisin, voisine' ('Neighbors') et 'Fiancées en folie' ('Seven Chances') (Le dernier film le long-métrage avec une des plus fameuse 'scène de chasse' de l'historie du cinéma).

During three days, the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of August, we celebrate the humour in La Châtre and Sainte-Sévère.
In the center of all this we of course find Jacques Tati but every year it's a theme or a particular comedian around who one talk and this year it's the American comedian Buster Keaton et particularly his short films but also narrative or fictional films.

As usual it's the Organization 'Tati en Fête' who are responsible for these days and it's often Nicolas Ribowski (director and script writer having worked with Tati) as one of the invited guests but this year also the journalist Alain Riou working for the radio station France Inter.
He talked about and told stories around Buster Keaton and the links with Jacques Tati.

We were there both of us, Aurore and I.

The films this evening: 'Neighbors' and 'Seven Chances' (the last one the narrative film with one of the most famous 'chasing scenes' in the history of film).
